Back to basics
I keep telling myself I need to get myself back into a routine but today, I have officially done it. Anytime I go off program, I get into a funk and it’s very hard to get motivated again. I had to force myself today to get back into the groove of things because I have several challenges that I participate in that I NEED to make sure I can meet at least CLOSE to what I set out to do. SO, today has been pretty good so far. I had my coffee and oatmeal for breakfast and downed my first 16oz of water, getting ready to go exercise. I think I will start off by dusting off my recumbent bike and riding that for 15 min as a warm up before I do my exercise dvd. I ended up losing my redstar *again* at this weeks weigh in, so I need to get it back this week…LOL.

I definately miss my walks outside but it’s just too cold to have my 3 yr old sit in the stroller for that long, especially when it’s hard to bundle her up in a umbrella stroller that she is just about outgrown. Next fall, she will be in preschool, so I can go for my walks alone then…I love walking outside in the fall weather. There is something about it that gets my motivation going…can’t explain it.

you will get back on track…i know what you mean about walks…i cant go outside with jaxon anymore either…i got the eliptical and treadmill i have been using during naptime
