Night eating
Yeah,….been a problem lately. I do so well during the day and about 2 hours before I am ready for bed…I am literally HUNGRY! My stomach is actually growling. Normally I would just drink water but since this happens right before bedtime…water isn’t the best thing if I want a good night sleep. So, I have been grabbing a pear, or a SF/FF pudding cup but it usually ends up going back for something else. I started up my exercising again so I am sure that has a lot to do with why I am hungry. I need to start using up my flex points and eating more during the day. SO, I think I am going to increase my protein intake towards the latter part of the day and have most of my carbs in the morning and see how that works out. I can’t stand the hungry feeling before bed because I cannot sleep. If it was just a mind thing, I can distract myself but if I am physically hungry…there is no way. Other than that, everything else has been great! I need to go grocery shopping because I am running out of “my” foods so today I am gonna restock and maybe find something “new” to try out
Hopefully my 3 yr old will behave long enough to let me take my time…she always tells me when we are “done” shopping
I might have to bribe her today
