Gonna try a new stragedy
I am thinking of weighing myself once a month instead of once a week. And here is why…
I have been battling the same pound for about a month right now and shouldn’t be. Instead of concentrating on that 1 lousy pound, I need to concentrate on my program and exercising. If I focus on my routine, rather than how I’m going to lose that lousy pound this week, I think it might work. I’m gonna try it out. I think this just might be doable for me because I’m not obsessed with the scale and really don’t *like* to weigh myself. BUT, I think this will make me more aware of how I will be doing because only *I* know whether or not I am sticking to the program, and drinking all of my water, and exercising. I hold myself solely accountable for what I am doing so I think that it will make me more strict on myself.
So, today is my last weigh in until November 13th. I keep thinking about how much I can lose in a month if I just stick with what I know how to do and getting on that scale a month later seeing a big number loss just seems SOOOO motivational…kwim? I have never done this before, so this is something I may need. Wish me luck

I guess you should do what you think will work for you! I know about
that battle of the 1 lousy lb! I have been coasting for about 2 months
now just staying the same. But think positive! You aren’t gaining!
maintaining is also good. Have you measured your self? I find it is
also a great monitor when the scale isn’t moving sometimes the inches
are getting smaller. Well do take care and I wish you the best !
